By using the Zanqira website and linked services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

Accessing or using Zanqira websites and services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The site and any linked services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information provided is accurate or complete. Use of any software, APIs, or outputs is entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) Zanqira, its operator, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use the site or services; (b) in no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred (100) euros; (c) multiple claims shall not expand this limit; (d) these limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the failure of essential purpose of any remedy.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zanqira, its operator, and their affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees), and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the site or services; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or your conduct in connection with the services.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Where paid services or subscriptions are offered, refund and cancellation terms will be stated at the point of purchase. 8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We may terminate or suspend your access to the site or services at any time, without notice or liability.

9. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Zanqira regarding the services.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory law applies. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Delaware, to the extent permitted by law.
